Tyro Technology specializes in high-standard aviation and technical career development programs. Course details, duration, structure, and fee schedules are published on our official website or officially communicated via authorized admissions personnel.

By enrolling in our training programs or creating an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess valid consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• All information provided during registration, enrollment, and verification is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You will utilize our services exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with institutional guidelines.

Course fees must be paid in full prior to program commencement or strictly according to an officially agreed installment schedule.

Payments once made are governed by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to lectures, LMS portals, and facilities in the event of non-payment or default.

• All payments are processed securely through authorized and encrypted payment gateways.
• Students are responsible for any bank transaction charges or installment processing fees incurred.
• Fee receipts are issued officially upon verification of successful transactions.

All training materials, course content, lecture videos, PDFs, branding, curriculum guides, and proprietary technology resources belong exclusively to Tyro Technology.

Strict compliance with intellectual property standards is required from all enrolled students.

Tyro Technology maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards disruptive behavior, discrimination, or academic dishonesty. All participants are expected to maintain professional standards.

• Maintain professional, respectful, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Refrain from using abusive, derogatory, or harassing language towards trainers, staff, or peers.
• Respect campus facilities, simulation equipment, and digital infrastructure.
• We reserve the explicit right to remove any participant for misconduct without issuing a refund.

While Tyro Technology provides comprehensive skill development, interview prep, and career placement assistance, we do not guarantee job placement unless explicitly stated in a separate, written legal agreement.

Employment outcomes depend on individual student performance, academic standing, recruiter evaluations, medical fitness, background checks, and external airline market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyro Technology, its directors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total financial liability for any claim arising out of your enrollment or use of our services is strictly limited to the actual course fee paid by you.

We reserve the right to revise course structures, fee schedules, institutional policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
